- 250 gm fish ties
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- salt as needed
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons honey
How to make fish fillets
Step 1
Wash the ties under running water. Treat them with care as tenders, they can be scattered. Dry them with a kitchen towel. Add the honey, salt, red pepper, pepper and rub all the fish. Make sure all pieces are securely fastened.
Step 2
