Ingredients ground beef  4 servings


  • 300 g lean ground beef 
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil 
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes 
  • 1 slice of lemon 
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • freshly ground black pepper, as needed 
  • The Decoration 
  • 2 tablespoons green onions 

How to prepare ground beef 

Step 1 

Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the oil, and minced, and cook over a low heat until the color changes from pink to light brown. 


Step 2 

Now, in a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and chili pepper flakes and a freshly-ground black pepper.
