Ingredients of Mutton Nizami
600 gm mutton
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoon cashews
2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
1 tablespoon garlic paste
3 tablespoon ghee
1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 cup onion
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1/2 cinnamon stick
1 handful coriander leaves
1 tablespoon coconut cream
salt as required
instructions to make Mutton Nizami
Stage 1 Wash the lamb and set up a powdered masala
Start by washing the sheep pieces completely with new water and wipe them off when altogether all perfect. Presently, add cashews, red chilies, poppy seeds, turmeric powder, and salt to a processor and crush a fine powder.

Stage 2 Prepare the curry glue
Add oil to a skillet and include the ginger-garlic glue to it. Add cinnamon. Saute until it cooks and add the slashed onions. Saute briefly and include the inlet leaf and cook until it gets fragrant. Presently include the lamb pieces and cook them with the onions. Add the zest powder made in sync one. Cook on low fire for 2-3 minutes.
Stage 3 Add the yogurt, stew and serve!
Now, add the yogurt and once it consolidates with the pieces, include your red stew powder and salt to prepare. Add the coconut milk and cook until the oil rises to the top. Turn the fire off, embellish with coriander and new cream. Present with hot rotis!
