Chilli fish is a great dish that can be prepared at home for your loved ones at any time. This is a great choice for those who want to enjoy their fish in a spicy sauce. It can be ready in just 30 to 40 minutes, and it's very easy to make. You can also without a sauce to serve it to your guests at a party, as a snack in the microwave. This seafood sauce recipe-can be served either with property or chapati. 


Ingredients are chili, fish for 3 portions

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce 
  • 1 cup of pepper 
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic 
  • 4 green peppers, cut into pieces

Step 1-Prepare the marinade and marinate the fish in the 

To prepare this recipe, prepare the marinade by mixing together the chili powder and ginger-instagram, paste, and salt in a small bowl. Cut the fish into pieces, and rub the marinade over the pieces, and the rest for about 30 minutes. 


Step 2-the Dough for the preparation of fish 

Next, prepare the batter for frying fish. In order to do this, take a bowl and mix together all-purpose flour, corn flour, egg white, and a pinch of salt. 


Step 3 cook the fish 

Now heat the oil in a kadhai over medium heat. As soon as the butter is hot enough, take a piece of fish into the batter and then add to the hot oil. Deep fry them until they are golden brown. 


Step 4 

Now, chop the bell peppers, onions, and garlic, and spring onions served in a separate bowl. Place the pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetables to it. Fry for 2-3 minutes. After that you add the fried fish, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well. Next, add the corn flour paste and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, mix well, garnish it with green onions, and serve it hot.
